For those of you who don’t know Hoodie Allen, the 26-year-old rapper from Long Island is an independent artist who has made a name for himself via social media. Starting in 2009, Allen has released multiple mixtapes online before his breakout EP, All American. Since then, he has blown-up online and is the opening act for this current tour with Fall Out Boy and Wiz Khalifa.

Last October, his first studio album People Keep Talking was released, peaking at eight on Billboard 200. His hit song off the album, All About It, features Grammy nominated Ed Sheeran.

The new third jerseys were only worn once last season (Game 5 vs. Hartford) but will become the regular Sunday jersey for the Bears next season. This jersey replaces the Bear head third jersey that has been around since the 2012 logo change by Hershey. The jersey crest will be the top half of the primary logo, featuring the walking Bear on top of a hockey stick.

Reactions from his fans on Twitter were priceless as Allen wore the custom “HOODIE 15” jersey for his whole set.
